Book Replacement:
 
Personalized Books:
  1. The Book Nook at Nana's wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their pruchase. We will repair or replace your purchase for mistakes and printing or binding quality and damage made by us at no cost to our costomer within three (3) business day of date received. If different from your order, mistakes made by The Book Nook at Nana's will be corrected and shipped at our expense.
  2. Mistakes made by the customer will be corrected for a fee of $10.00 per book plus shipping.
  3. All unacceptable books must be returned to us for replacement,
 
Personalized CDs:
  1. In the event of an error by The Book Nook at Nana's or damage in shipment, the CD will be replaced with the same title and name only and shipped at our expense.
  2. All unacceptable CDs must be returned to us for replacement.
  3. Mistakes made by the customer will be corrected for a fee of $11.00 per CD plus shipping.
 
All Returns:
  1. Please phone or email us for an exchange number and state the reason for replacement.
  2. Personalized books and CDs are custom made for you and therefore are not refundable.
  3. Please send all returned books and CDs via USPS with delivery confirmation. This protects you if the book is lost.
  4. Return to address below only, with authorized number your received from us.

Privacy Policy:
All information is kept strictly confidential. Information form our customers is used only for the construction of our products and product up dates. You information will never be given or sold to any other party.
 
Out of Stock:
If your book is out of stock we will notify you immediately by phone or email, this may take 3-5 days longer to complete your order. If you would reather choose another book just let us know.
 
Confirmation of Order's
When ordering by internet, or mail, customers will receive a letter via email or phone stating the books ordered and total cost, if this information is wrong, email us at nanasbooksandgifts@sbcglobal.net or phone us at 800-517-1601 within 24 hours.
 
Shippping Costs:
  1. If your order is placed through your school, church or organization the order will be delivered there. Each customer's order will be individually packaged.
  2. Books, CDs and Name orders only, will be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail unless you request another form.
  3. Media Mail (6-10 day's delivery time) - No charge, available only through shows.
  4. Books - First Class Mail (2-6 days delivery time) - $2.50  first book and $1.25 each additional book.
  5. CD's - First Class Mail (2-6 days delivery time) - $2.50 each CD and $1.25 each additional CD.
  6. Kids Prints, Kids Photo Prints, Kids Letters - First Class Mail (2-6 days delivery time) - $2.50 first print and $1.25 each additional print
  7. Books, CDs, Kid Print and letters - Priority Mail (1-4 days delivery time) - $6.00 per item.
  8. Express Mail (1-3 days delivery time) - By customer request only.
